Distributed Teams & StartUps

For 20 years Victor has participated in and led remote, virtual and distributed teams. Beginning as a software developer, moving onto team lead, project manager, product manager and into experience design. Recently Victor is focusing on helping distributed teams become more effective through applying future-of-work ideas such as agile-business, sociocracy, teal, DDO, etc. Since completing an MBA in 2004 he also does start-up consulting recently focusing on remote-first startups.

Committed to promoting distributed teams and the lifestyle they enable, Victor is currently developing EarthSkyLab – a Village 3.0 in Portugal. In his spare time Victor dyes fabric, makes ceramics searching for mindfulness through crafts and tends a wild garden to connect with nature.
